I really like this picture, partly because of how professional I think it looks. You've chosen a nice pose for her, which goes nicely with the shadows and lighting (which you've done well with by the way), although I would like to point out that her left hand is upside down (the thumb is at the bottom, rather than the top). The hair looks fine to me too, since it seems to be moving with her pose.
The colouring is gentle, and goes well with the aforementioned lighting/shadows as well.
I'll admit, I'm finding it hard to find anything that could be improved on this to be honest, since this is a pretty good piece of work.
